Launch of a new safety laboratory in Romania
	With an investment of EUR 150.000, - a fully equipped safety laboratory commenced operation in our Romanian subsidiary in Bucharest on the 1st of June 2007. Besides two modern laboratory work areas with integrated safety equipment, a computer controlled climatic chamber, a computer controlled temperature measurement test set up, and a burning chamber and a glow wire tester are available. Additionally all basic safety equipment was bought in a mobile design to facilitate on site testing at the client locations. With the acquired safety equipment virtually all important basic safety standards can be tested. For example here are the most important ones:
	EN60950-1:"Information Technology Equipment – Safety – Part 1: General requirements“ EN60065: "Audio-, video- und similar electronic apparatus – Safety requirements“, EN60335-1: „Household and similar electrical appliances – Safety – Part 1: General requirements“ EN61010-1:„Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory use, Part 1: General equipment“ EN61558-1: „Safety of power transformers – power supply units and similar, general requirements“ EN60204: "Safety of Machinery – Electrical equipment of machines“ Special emphasis was placed upon performing tests according to EN60439-1 “Low-Voltage switchgear and control gear assemblies”.
	Since the 1st of June our Romanian subsidiary can not only consult in safety and emc matters but also offers the mechanical and electrical safety testing locally.

	mikes-testingpartners gmbh proudly announces further expansion: Our branch mikes-testingpartners s.r.l. located in Bukarest- Romania. Our representatives in Romania are now enabling international cooperation without the hurdles normally arising from the language barrier. Ratification of the Agreement regarding close cooperation with LG Korea

	In October this year mikes-testingpartners gmbh and the LG-group in South Korea confirmed their close partnership and cooperation by signing an agreement for the business areas of Consultancy - Testing - Certification. The extraordinary competence and performance of the LG testing laboratories in Pyungtaek and Gumi-City make LG an important partner for mikes-testingpartners. Successfull start of mikes-testingpartners
	Dear Customer, After the turbulences of the past months it is my great pleasure to inform you today about the successful start of mikes-testingpartners gmbh.
	On July 1st mikes-testingpartners gmbh (MTP) started its laboratory operation in the well known building in Ohmstrasse 2-4, Strasskirchen. We not only started with a completely newly equipped laboratory (all technical facilities are up to date), but we also support you with 38 competent employees, who bringing with them their many years of extensive Know How in the areas of EMC, RADIO, SAFETY and CERTIFICATION. The word "PARTNER" in our company name expresses our esteem and the importance of the partnership and services we offer to our customers. A partnership which is based on trust, long term cooperation and where you our customer are at the centre point help to lay a strong foundation for our common success.
